God Paints Sky

God Paints Sky

God’s artistry sometimes paints the sky beautiful colors. He mixes astonishing detail with vivid colors to create a fiery mix.

Psalm 8:1-3a, 4, 9

O Lord, our Lord, your majestic name fills the earth! Your glory is higher than the heavens. You have taught children and infants to tell of your strength, silencing your enemies and all who oppose you.

When I look at the night sky and see the work of your fingers … what are mere mortals that you should think about them (us), human beings that you should care for them (us)?

O Lord, our Lord, your majestic name fills the earth! (NLT)

God Paints Sky for Our Encouragement:

Why does God paint the sky? It is for our encouragement. He paints the sky because He likes creating beautiful things, to remind us He is still in control, and to reveal His majesty.

According to these verses, He also paints the sky to tell of His strength, to silence our enemies, and even though we are imperfect and of little use to Him, He still cares for us and loves us.

Therefore, when you are need of some encouragement, look up and God may have painted a cloud to remind us all He is still in control, He fills the earth with His glory, and He still cares for us.
